What RouteLog does

RouteLog is a tool for couriers to log trips, expenses, and compute the Finnish tax deduction (Verohallinto) those records qualify for. It produces reports you can hand to your accountant or upload to OmaVero.

What it doesn't do

It is not tax advice. The Verohallinto rates are pulled from the official 2026 decision - always cross-check with your accountant or vero.fi before filing. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of these reports.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login email secure. Don't share it with people who shouldn't see your trip data. If your courier organization revokes your seat, you lose write access - your historical data stays in the org per the retention rule.

Acceptable use

Don't try to read other people's data. Don't reverse-engineer or attack the service. Don't upload images that aren't actual receipts. Standard sensible-person stuff.

Pricing

During preview the app is free. Paid plans land later via Stripe - you'll be told the prices and asked to confirm before any charge. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and displayed on next sign-in. Continued use after a change means you accept it; if you don't, close your account from Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete my account.

Governing law

Finnish law. Disputes go through the courts of Finland.
